Legends Of Oz: Dorothy's Return (PG) F

"Legends Of Oz: Dorothy's Return" is a miserable attempt at brining Oz back. It has to be the worst one so far.

Dorothy (Lea Michele) wakes up in post-tornado Kansas, only to be whisked back to Oz to try to save her old friends the Scarecrow (Dan Aykroyd) , the Lion (Jim Belushi) , the Tin Man (Kelsey Grammer) and Glinda (Bernadette Peters) from a devious new villain, the Jester (Martin Short). Wiser the owl (Oliver Platt) , Marshal Mallow (Hugh Dancy), China Princess (Megan Hilty) and Tugg the tugboat (Patrick Stewart) join Dorothy on her latest magical journey through the colorful landscape of Oz to restore order and happiness to Emerald City.

Oh god. Where do I begin. First and foremost, so far, this is the worst movie I've seen this year for numerous reasons.

1. The performances SUCK! The voice cast is filled with great talent, all great actors/actresses are WASTED in this movie. Lea Michele is beyond awful. She keeps complaining and bitching and everything animated children do and I WANTED HER TO DIE in the movie! Even if the supporting characters are far superior than dorothy in this movie, the script suck. So immidiately, the performances suck as well. "DOROTHY IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN STOP HIM". NO SHE'S NOT!!!! She just threw a bucket of water on the wicked witch and now EVERYONE THINKS SHE'S A HERO! BUT SHE BARELY IS ONE!

2. The songs. The songs in the original Wizard of Oz were great, catchy and plain awesome. The songs in this movie are like watching I DID NAT HIT HER for 10 hours straight. They are bland, unoriginal and most of all, ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3. The animation. The animation in this movie are like direct to video crap animated movies. The animation sucks. It has to be one of the most poorly executed animated movies ever. Visually, it doesn't even look good. The animation is like throwing up. It's not very good.

Overall, this movie is like a vision of hell. Satan's creation. The worst movie I've seen this year.
