Closed Circuit review

This is supposed to be a hidden camera movie and it is. But the main problem of the movie has to be talked about.

PERFORMANCES: Performances are pretty decent. Eric Bana is fine and Rebecca Hall as well. Jim Broadbent is just amazing. Too bad he's only in there for 5 short scenes because his performance was solid.  (3/5 overall performances)

STORY: The story is a great one. A political, espionnage crime story. I LOVED IT. The story is awesome (5/5 overall story)

EXECUTION OF THE STORY: Unfortunately, the story isn't well executed. The first 45 minutes is quite boring and dull. But after the 45 minutes, the execution is quite good because shit hits the fan (2/5 overall execution)

DOES IT HAVE ANY SUSPENSE????: Thankfully, yes. When the shit hits the fan, you are on the edge of your seat. Because, there are a few rough and intense action scenes that I love. (3/5 overall thrills and suspense)

So the movie is quite good if you look at these criterias. I thought it was just going to be OK, but it turned out to be quite good.

3.5/5
