Iron Man review

Genre: Action
Director: Jon Favreau
Format that I've seen: DVD
MPAA: Rated PG-13 for some intense sequences of sci-fi action and violence, and brief suggestive content
Studio: Marvel Studios, Fairview entertainement
Distributed by: Paramount Pictures
Runtime: 126 minutes

When wealthy industrialist Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) is forced to build an armored suit after a life-threatening incident, he ultimately decides to use its technology to fight against evil (Jeff Bridges).

A film that starts the "Marvel Cinematic Universe" PHASE 1.

Performances, Robert Downey Jr. is excellent as the IRON MAN. Funny quotes from him, pep talks are awesome, and his sharp wit are key to this character. Gwyneth Paltrow and Jeff Bridges are OK. But I HATE Terrence Howard as Rhodey. I don't know how he's THAT BAD!!!!!

For an action movie, it's ok with action but I would say the action in this movie ARE JUST EPIC!!!!!!!!!! I can only imagine that the 2nd one HAS MORE ACTION!!!!! (Or maybe not)

Overall, Iron Man is a pleasing experience, full of Drama, humor, action and suspense to keep you on the edge of your seat for 126 minutes of fun (and a post credit scene)

4/5
