Osama Bin Laden, i've got two words for you F**k you! The most searched terrorist in the world died two years ago, and boy was I happy. Usually when someone dies, I'm not happy but this time, I WAS F**KI'N HAPPY !!!!!!!!! My dad didn't want me to see this movie. But when my dad left for a buisness trip, I rented this movie and my mom said it was OK. It was like Ted. My dad didn't want me to see it but my mom said yes.
The film opens on September 11, 2001. You only hear voices about people yelling in agony and in help. 3 minutes later you see Dan (Jason Clarke) who's torturing Ammar (Reda Kateb) who Dan, says his famous line "When you lie to me, I hurt you!" After disturbing torture, he goes out for a cigarette (Geez, I think he's hurting himself!) and then, we get introduced by Maya (Jessica Chastain who's hot as Sh*t) and just telling nothing. By then, we get introduced to Joseph Bradley (Kyle Chandler from Super 8). Fast forward. Ammar tells Maya that he has a connection with Abu Ahmed. By then, the story focuses on Abu Ahmed until such time.
I don't really want to talk about the plot, because there's so much spoilers that it will be like a big spoiler, like Hal Rudnick told in the Shaymalan episode that Bruce Willis is a ghost in the sixth sense. THANK'S A LOT SPOILER GUY!!!!!!!!! It's like if I came out of the theatre for the empire strikes back and said out loud DARTH VADER IS LUKE SKYWALKER'S FATHER!!!!!!! Everyone would be pissed at this time.
End of the parenthese. Jessica Chastain is so awesome. SHE SHOULD HAD WON THAT OSCAR!!!! NOT THAT FAKE CRYING ANNE HATHAWAY FOR THE MISERABLE WHORE!!!!!! Jason Clarke is good. Not great, but good. Kyle Chandler is SO GOOD that at one point, I thought he was a CIA agent. HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!! Jennifer Ehle as Jessica is ok. But she's always chain smoking. There's also, Joel Edgerton, James Gandolfini, Mark Strong and Chris Pratt. They all did a good job.
Overall, the film can be described in one word..........EPIC!!!!!! Every second that this film takes is certainly not wasted. For an action film, there isn't a heck of a lot any. But when the action takes place is awesome!!!!!!!!!! The action scenes are really kick-ass and there long.
This film gets a well deserved 5/5
