Genre: Drama
Director: Robert Zemeckis
Format that i've seen : DVD
Studio: Paramount 100 years
MPAA: R for drug and alcohol abuse, language, sexuality/nudity and an intense action sequence
Runtime: 138 minutes

Flight tells the story of Whip Whitaker (Denzel Washington) who is a drug addict and a alcoholic. And he's also an airline pilot. Whitaker saved the lives of millions on a malfunctioning flight. When he's in the hospital, he meets Charlie Anderson (Bruce Greenwood) that tells Whip that he the doctors found in his blood drugs and alcohol abuse. He meets in the hospital Nicole (Kelly Reily) also a drug addict. His drug dealer Harling Mays (John Goodman) Tells him, "You're a rock star" because he's on TV. Because he drank alcohol and did drugs, he has the right to have an attorney and his attorney is Hugh Lang (Don Cheadle).

In the movie, you see Whip really struggling to fight for his drug/alcohol addiction. What really works in the film is the realism that the actors, the land and the people bring to this film. John Goodman is particularly good as the modern style hippy and Denzel Washington is excellent as the alcoholic.

Overall, this film is excellent. One of Zemeckis's best after Back To The Future

5/5
Vid coming! P.S School's out!
