I can sum up Paranoia in one word: Boring! The movie looks cool and suave but unfortunately, it isn't. What struck me the most is that Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman actually SIGNED for this project. This is a spy thriller with no thrills what so ever.
One of the biggest problems of the movie is the screenplay. A cartoon cat just wrote that and he thought that people can actually get INVESTED into the movie. Directing is also a problem. I don't mind Liam Hemsworth but, Robert Luketic (the guy who did 21) does not KNOW how to direct a film like this. I mean I liked 21 but not this.
Is there any form of action what so ever? YES and when the action starts, it's cool but it lasts ONLY 2 FUCKIN SECONDS!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is one stand out performance and it's Gary Oldman. WOW!!!!!! This guy shows that he's the only one that cares and has a passion for it. Harrison Ford seemed pretty tired.
There is one scene that just steals the whole film. The amazing verbal final act between Oldman and Ford but unfortunately, it's not enough to make this movie good
